Andrea grew up in small town BC before moving to Vancouver and starting Career Contacts. Her exceptional networking skills have helped her expand the business and buy Employment Unlimited in Whistler and Squamish. A true connector, Andrea has an ability to connect and build lasting and meaningful relationships.
With a degree from UBC and an HR Management Certificate, with distinction, from BCIT, Natasha’s extensive academic, as well as hands-on experience, in various areas of people management, has provided lasting legacies in HR protocols and policies.
As a Technical Recruiter and a true HR Generalist, Natasha’s career focuses on delivering high levels of service to leadership, management and employees alike.

Barb is our Business Development Manager. Raised in Prince George, Barb eventually made her way to North Vancouver where you can see her crabbing and kayaking in Deep Cove in her spare time. Barbs passion for people and connection has made her successful in the industry for over 16 years.
She has an innate ability to build bridges with clients and candidates and support organizations during times of growth.
An experienced HR and Recruitment professional, Instructor and CPHR candidate, Reena supports Career Contacts as an extension of our HR Consulting team.
With a Degree in HR from UBC, Reena excels in her theoretical and practical application of human resources and supports our clients as a true generalist.
Reena has a knack for producing customized policies and practices that are tailored to the needs of each company, regardless of size or industry, and is experienced in supporting all levels of an organization.
Lauren joined Career Contacts to support our front office and very quickly found that her past experience in office management, marketing and administration were a great match to start a career in Recruitment. As our token American, Lauren brings a fresh international perspective to our work and overall growth. Lauren has a strength in bringing people together and matching skills and experience with our clients needs. Lauren manages our Whistler and Squamish temporary staffing divisions!
Pamela joined Career Contacts as our Director of People & Culture. Here are just a few of the areas Pam supports: driving all aspects of the recruitment cycle for multiple business lines across multiple enterprises, championing human resources programs and policy creation as applied to employee relations, compensation, safety, benefits, staffing levels, and performance management, and partnering with business stakeholders needing HR assistance with special onboarding needs or staffing for projects. Pam also educates employees on the 360 and employee engagement survey process and enables proper survey distribution and review of results. The focus on on serving our clients as an adviser and subject matter expert on policies, employment law, and compliance requirements.
Gaby has supported the social media and marketing needs of Career Contacts since March of 2018. She is energized by content marketing, strategic planning, brand management, and collaborative teamwork. She thrives in challenging situations and is very goal-driven. She hopes to build a world that is inclusive, diverse, and equitable for everyone.

Tamara is a seasoned Business Development professional that has that led strategic and complex proposals across Canada for various industries, including Public Sector, Shipbuilding, Construction, Healthcare, Professional Services and Technology. Skilled in project management, Tamara specializes in proposals that are procurement driven requiring the management of multiple stakeholders, including third-party providers. Highly experienced in executing and managing all aspects of the business development life cycle for corporate, private and government clients across all industries. Providing clients throughout North America and Europe with a wide range of sales and growth focused services, including development and implementation of key processes, evaluations, and templates. She has also participated in supply chain activities, such as RFP development and the evaluation and review of submitted proposals.
Reena is Career Contacts resident onsite HR Consultant. Responsible for providing expertise in human resources that align with the company culture, supporting the continuous motivation, retention and engagement of our clients’ growing teams. With industry expertise in engineering, Tech and IT, Reena strives to support HR and recruitment within these industries specifically. Sustaining and evolving core activities in recruitment and retention, employee engagement, employee communication, training and professional development, Reena is also committed to being a part of client leadership teams, with change management skills that can align with the organization’s strategic goals.
